Our stay did have hiccups. the water heater delivered rusty, yellow water—definitely not appealing. The swimming pool wasn't temperature controlled, making it unpleasant during hotter moments, and we found the hot chocolate served to be stale. Dinner arrangements went awry too, with cold, poorly presented food at their sister property, leaving us feeling disappointed. Room service was slow, resulting in long waits during a hot day, and our request for a double bed turned into a twin bed setup due to overbooking.

Spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the ocean the staff were very friendly and professional. The availability of in-room dining and the outdoor swimming pool added to the enjoyable experience.
